Today was quite similar to yesterday - another full day of work! We finished up all the rebar cages and poured concrete. We had lots of fun working together. We're going to miss Lester and his workers! Tomorrow we will begin painting perlings and possibly pour more concrete.
Tomorrow, we will work until noon and the teachers at the school willl prepare us some lunch. They are also having a talent show for us, which we hope to participate in! Then we have devotions and debriefing with Lester before we pack up our things and sleep for a few hours (as we have to leave the centre around 4 am!).
Tonight many of the girls will begin packing, because several of them had issues with their luggage being to heavy on the way down and their room is a mess, so packing will likely take awhile. Adena even bought a new bag at the market to allow for a bit less weight in her checked luggage!
