today is Saturday and it was a slow peaceful day here. We got together for breakfast and went through some debriefing in the CCP office and met some of the staff along with Jason the secretary of education. Then later headed out to Matula national Park, this Is a unique place that goes down some rabbit trails which some of the participants enjoyed riding in Toyota Land cruiser, sometimes having one wheel off the ground because of the ruts that were in the road or the trail from washouts. We spent some time by the river had a tea break and then headed back.
Not much exciting happened after that other we went uptown and did a walk. I walked this afternoon was on African time not Canadian time. We are in no rush to get anywhere really having no idea our goal as to where we were headed other than walk through the market see and smell some of the sites and then walk back the long way to the guest house.
We relaxed again and had a siesta before supper. We’ve been doing a devotion on the gospel of Marc, which is good, but it has also been challenging at times. God’s word is a double edge sword that can cut through soul and spirit and bone marrow and joint.
Yes, and one more thing we did was decide to practice last minute for singing tomorrow, which is not necessarily our forte.
