Keith Cameron
Key Relations & Strategy Director
Keith Cameron is the Key Relations & Strategy Director at EduDeo Ministries. He leads efforts to build strong relationships and partnerships with EduDeo’s support community, helping deepen engagement in the organization’s mission to advance Christ-centred education worldwide. Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the Royal Military College, a Master of Arts in Political Science from Western University, a Bachelor of Education (Junior/Intermediate) from Western University, and a Master of Business Administration (Executive Leadership) from Royal Roads University. He is also an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT). Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, backcountry canoeing, and a good cup of coffee. Liz Thuo
Operations & Marketing Director
Liz serves as the Operations & Marketing Director. She leads all EduDeo’s internal operations and processes, including strategic planning, finances, and human resources. Liz also oversees the Marketing team's plans and processes. Liz holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, engaging in creative and artistic projects, and running a Christian blog. Phil Beck
Executive Director
Phil joined the EduDeo team in August 2012 and has been serving as the Executive Director since December 2020. He keeps EduDeo on point as it pursues its ministry goals, and he leads the organization and its partners from one dream to the next. Phil is passionate about EduDeo’s mission and vision, adapting to new challenges, and looking back at God’s blessings on the organization. His favourite subjects in school were History and Geography, he loves being outdoors with family – gardening, hiking, camping – and likes anything to do with sports. Tom Deelstra
Walking Together Program Lead
Tom Deelstra is the Walking Together Program Lead at EduDeo Ministries. He supports the development and implementation of Walking Together initiatives, working closely with Canadian Christian schools and international partners to advance Christ-centred education. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Religion, as well as a Bachelor of Education, from Redeemer University. He also holds a Master of Education in School Leadership from Dordt University. Victoria Veenstra
Communications Manager
Victoria Veenstra serves on the Communications team at EduDeo Ministries. She supports efforts to share stories from EduDeo’s global partners, helping communicate how Christ-centred education is contributing to transformation in communities around the world. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in History from Trent University. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies. Mikayla Weinberger
International Programs Manager
Mikayla Weinberger is the International Programs Coordinator at EduDeo Ministries. She coordinates project planning, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation alongside EduDeo’s international partners, and supports Walking Together logistics to help strengthen program implementation. Mikayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development with a minor in French from the University of Guelph, and a Master of Development Practice from the University of Waterloo. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Regent College in Vancouver, specializing in World Christianity. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and listening to great music. Danielle Reid
School & Church Relationship Manager
Danielle Reid serves as the School & Church Relationship Manager at EduDeo Ministries. In this role, she works directly with Christian schools and churches across Canada, identifying opportunities for teachers, students, and church communities to engage with EduDeo’s international partners and become champions of global Christ-centred education. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History, a Bachelor of Education (Honours), and a Bachelor of Christian Education (Honours), all from Redeemer University. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, hunting for golf balls and sea glass, reading under a cozy blanket, and caring for her plants. Nehemia Mkwayi
Southern Africa Ministry Coordinator
Rev. Nehemia Mkwayi serves as EduDeo’s Southern Africa Ministry Coordinator and is based in Lundazi, Zambia. In this role, he works alongside EduDeo’s partners in Zambia, Malawi, and Uganda, supporting the growth and impact of Christ-centred education across the region. Rev. Nehemia holds a Bachelor of Theology from Justo Mwale University in Zambia and a Diploma in Teaching Methodology from the Technical and Vocational Training Institute (TVTC) in Zambia. Chiara Neven-Radsma
Marketing & Events Manager
Chiara Neven is the Marketing & Events Manager at EduDeo Ministries. She leads efforts to promote EduDeo’s mission and creatively share the impact of Christ-centred education. In her role, Chiara also coordinates EduDeo-hosted events, creating meaningful opportunities for supporters across North America to engage with the organization’s work. Chiara holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a focus on International Relations, Political Science, and History, from Redeemer University. Benny John
Accountant
Benny John is the Accountant at EduDeo Ministries. He oversees all financial operations, including bookkeeping, fund disbursements, donations, and tax receipting, helping ensure the organization’s resources are stewarded with care and integrity. Benny holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University in India, as well as a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management from Periyar University. Outside of work, Benny enjoys reading, playing chess, and spending time with his family. Laurie Koning
Walking Together Design Lead
Laurie Koning is the Walking Together Design Lead at EduDeo Ministries. In her role, Laurie designs Walking Together curriculum so that leaders and educators from partner organizations can be equipped with tools to integrate a Biblical worldview into their classrooms and organizations. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Education from Western University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education from Dordt University. Dan Best
Co-Impact Program Manager
Dan Best is the Co-Impact Program Manager at EduDeo Ministries. At the invitation of EduDeo's partners, he champions recruitment, training, trip-planning, and relationship-building with Co-Impact Teams. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Humanities from Redeemer University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Studies (theological focus) from McMaster Divinity School. Outside of work Dan enjoys reading a good fantasy or theology book, dancing in the kitchen, learning to DJ, going for a run, or spending time with his wife and three kids. Angelica Pangilinan
Donor Stewardship Coordinator
Angelica serves as EduDeo’s Donor Stewardship Coordinator, helping care for and engage members of our support community while also providing administrative support to the Co-Impact Program and Hamilton office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Critical Criminology and a minor in Psychology from Brock University.
