Due to it being Election Day here in the D.R., we were not allowed to leave camp today. So we had a relaxing day in each others company.
Our day started off with breakfast at 9am. Shortly after that we had chapel time led by Mr. Wanders in the chapel here at camp.
We read and discussed a passage on forgiveness, followed by some songs accompanied by Mr. Wanders on the guitar.
This afternoon we enjoyed some fresh mangos as part of our lunch. We also took in the sun, played some sports and relaxed together by the pool.
Tonight we had our dinner, and we’re just wrapping up our evening with a
very heated euchre tournament.
