We returned to the Nehemiah Center last night to stay here as our home base for our cultural days . We set off this morning for a day full of adventures. Here are some of our highlights of the day- Zip lining!
We ALL did it, the Masaya volcano, being part of the crowd tonight as we walked the streets for the "Purisima" festival. We also had a boat ride on lake Nicaragua and saw a monkey hop into the boat beside us. Tomorrow we will head to the Spanish church and then the ocean in the afternoon. On Monday we will be going up to Chinandega to deliver desks to a school there. Tuesday we go back to work in Diriamba. Please pray for us, for safety as we travel and for us as a group as we grow together as a team.
