Day 3

We all woke up more refreshed this morning. We had a wonderful breakfast, our first meal without beans. The food has been really good, especially the fresh fruit. We were off to the worksite before 8. The men were able to get the tree stumps out of the ground. We were excited to see our re-bar pillars set into the holes that were dug yesterday. The pillars were raised and leveled into place readying it for cement.

The day was filled with new friendships and much progress was made. The children are getting braver and wanting to help us in the work.
