About Kurumbuka:
Kurumbuka originally began as the Abundant Leadership Institute arm of the Wellspring Foundation for Education. ALI came alongside these leaders and trained them to expand their vision, develop strategy, build a team, multiply impact, and mobilize community assets. As ALI grew and gained a broader vision, it was clear that it needed to be birthed under a separate entity with a mandate focused entirely on developing and empowering African leaders. EduDeo works with Kurumbuka to invest in educational leaders in Rwanda.
Our Shared Ministry
LEADERSHIP INVESTMENT
Change starts at the top, so we work together to support leaders. Mentoring and coaching and specialized workshops on Christian school leadership equip leaders to model Christ and be the strong guides their schools need.
TEACHER TRAINING
We work with leaders to ensure they can transform education at their schools. We walk through the foundations of incorporating the Gospel in the classroom so leaders can equip their schools' teachers too.
MULTIPLYING GROWTH
When EduDeo and Kurumbuka work together with Christ-centred educators & leaders, many communities benefit. Leaders from Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Uganda participate and multiply growth across their countries.
