Hey! My name is Kristen DeBoer and I am currently in Gr. 12 at Guido de Brès. I am very thankful to be a part of this mission trip and am excited for the experience. I hope that through this experience I may grow in faith and build long lasting relationships,both with my team members and the citizens of the Dominican. I’ve never been on a mission trip before, but have always wanted to, so this is basically a dream come true. Whenever I meet people who have just come back from a mission trip, there is a visible change in their attitudes and daily living, and I would love to experience that for myself. I like the text Ephesians 6:11 and I plan to focus on that on this trip as well.
