Hi everyone. My name is of course Derek Statema. I currently attend Hope CRC Brantford. I've been truly blessed by being part of this congregation as we worship and serve the Lord. I currently work for Demik Construction. We build commercial buildings; from gas stations to dealerships and schools. Most days I enjoy my job. Lol :) I'm currently working on completing my carpentry apprenticeship and look forward to it's completion. I am married to my lovely wife Sarah. We've recently been blessed with our first child; a beautiful little girl, Jasmine. I'm really looking forward to serving the Lord's through this project. I know we will all become better men and followers of Christ through this wonderful opportunity to build a school and relationships in another, less fortunate country.
