About this Project

In our roles as leaders in Christian schools, it is paramount that we approach our students, teachers and communities with a hope-filled vision of how God is working in our lives.  Leaders set the tone, the culture and the path forward to encourage change and growth.  Believing that each person is an image-bearer of Christ capable of change, growth and living into their God-given potential is essential.  How can Christian leaders use the gospel and the very best educational research to lead others in their educational communities?  What attitudes are necessary?  How can growth plans be linked to peoples’ strengths?  How  can the idea of excellence be redeemed?  How can we create the conditions for the flourishing of Christ-centred learning and teaching?

Through this week of creativity and participation, Audrey McGregor, Diane Stronks and Guillermo Yan will be challenging the leaders of COCREF schools to think about their own leadership and how they might lead others to ideas of growth, excellence and change.
