In one month and three days, we will be in the airport, waiting to start our trip to Belize. We are so, so excited! Our fundraising over the past few months has gone very well, especially the Merry & Bright Christmas Market we held last Saturday. We had a great time decorating, welcoming people, manning booths, and enjoying all that our vendors had to offer. It was great to see such a variety of vendors, and a variety of customers. It all went off without a hitch!
We'd like to give a huge to all who participated in the event. We know that a lot of behind-the-scenes work happened in the weeks leading up to the night, from making crafts to baking goodies to scrounging around in basements for decorations to contribute. We couldn't have done it without you!
As our departure date draws every closer, our fundraising is also nearing its end. Several of us are fully funded, and most are only a few hundred dollars away from reaching our goals. If you haven't contributed yet, please consider doing so. If you have, we are extremely grateful. Every little bit counts!
We hope that you will keep our team and those in Belize in your thoughts and prayers this Christmas season. Thanks!
