We made it!!

After a fun filled day of travel, we have finally arrived.  There were a few bumps along the way but we made it. We departed from the church around 3 am as we bussed off to Vancouver airport.  After a short delay due to electrical problems with the plane we headed off to our first layover in Denver.  Making a connecting flight from Denver to Houston, and Houston to Managua.  Houston we were a little flustered when we were told that our flights had been changed to tomorrow and we would have to spend the night there, but, due to some quick scrambeling we were able to make our flight. When arriving at our final destination we were met with another suprise of Mike and My bags of clothes and other items not arriving with us (we have been told that the bags should arrive tomorrow night).  Our driver and host Lester was waiting to pick us up, and we headed off to our home for the next week.  Currently Nikita and Nat are trying to get a gecko out of their bathroom as the guys are all sitting on the porch relaxing after a long day of travel.  Tomorrow will be our first day of work, as we head off to te job site we are eager to get started.  Please feel free to leave comments, we would all love to hear from you.

our little mix up at the Houston Airport

Driving in Managua we found bright neon trees all over the streets, very beautiful.

As things are cooling down here, we are slowly starting to go to bed (we have a long day tomorrow), we will update you again tomorrow. :)
