Homeward Bound!

After a good nights sleep, in very comfortable beds, and warm showers. We started the day with breakfast at Marula Lodge at 5:30. There was some excitement when a baboom came up to the table and stole Rev. Nehemia's toast right of his breakfast plate.

After getting the luggage all packed up on top of the land rover, we started of to Chapata. To catch our 8 hr. bus ride to Lusaka. We had honey sandwiches for lunch, a small distraction during the long ride.

We arrived in Lusaka at our guesthouse around 5 o'clock. Everyone sweaty and hot, in need of showers to freshen up. We had an amazing supper prepare by the guesthouse, everyone fully enjoying the meal feeling pretty famished from the day.

After supper we spent time in Bible Study, acknowledging the importance of Sabbath rest, and spending the day to grow spiritual closer to Him. We spent sometime debriefing with Collins about the trip, everyone chuckling when the topic of transportation came up. Agreeing that continual prayer for the government to come in and work on the roads, was probably the best solution.

Heading to bed on time, as we anticipate the beginning of our flights in the morning! Please keep us in your prayers as we start our travels home.
