Thank-you all for praying for travelling mercies. We all made it safely home and ahead of the winter storm that hit today. Yesterday was a long, but good day of travelling. We arrived at the Belize airport with plenty of time to spare.
Once we landed in Atlanta we all had a lot of energy with all the sitting that we did. I think Marc made it around the Atlanta airport a couple of times with all the energy he had :) The layover there ended up being 5 hours long, instead of the 4 that it was supposed to be. However, the boarding went swiftly once our plane arrived, and in no time at all we had landed safely in Buffalo.
Looking back on the 10 days we spent in Belize, it is hard to believe that it has come to a close already. However, I think that I can speak for us all when I say, it was truly an incredible trip with incredible people. As a team we got to know each other betterl and had the amazing opportunity of getting to know the Redeemer congregation as well. God has richly blessed us!
Thank-you all so much for your support and prayer throughout the entire journey of planning, fundraising, going on and now coming home from Belize. Please continue to pray for us all as we adjust to daily life in Canada, and the cooler weather :-) Please also continue to pray for our brothers and sister in Belize, that they will continue to see and experience the hand of God in and through their lives.
"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen!"
Ephesians 3:20-21
