Community!!

It was another good day at work.  Not a lot to report, but we did do quite a bit of parging. We started on the outside of the classrooms a bit too.  Since we have a few restrictions, we’re parging the bottom 2 metres, not getting on the high scaffolds here for our own safety.

Hats off today to the community for their help, they came and helped mix mortar and parge.

Powel Tembo is the local Presbyterian pastor at  Chasefu community.  He was there for a good part of the day helping as well. So as a group we’re dedicating today to all the locals for their help !!

Pictures will be of them today.

We have started practicing singing and Nico and Lisa hope to lead us in an upbeat rendition of Amazing Grace on Sunday.

Tonight we hope to watch a video with Louis Giglio on How Great is our God.

The days have been full but everyone is in good spirits.  Thank you for your comments on the blog. They give us encouragement.

Also thanks for your prayers and support,

Hope 7
