Day 5: Tuesday, February 17.
Pastor made us a breakfast of heartshaped fresh waffles. Pretty sure it was to butter us up to get an early start! Pastor wanted to be back to the boat dock by 8:00 so he dropped us off at the school earlier than normal. He was picking up a group from Saskatoon who were arriving off the cruise ship. A few of them had done a trip with the Promise Keepers years previous and wanted to stop by.
The day was a hot one. There was no breeze up on the roof, but we managed to get a good day's work done despite the heat and we are on track to get all the block laid this week. God is good!
