Wednesday

This morning was a late start, and to help the matters the bus broke down on the way to the school.  It was a 10-15 minute walk from the school, so some of us jumped off and walked to the school to get started.  The locals we work with stayed back and fixed the bus.  Turns out it was just out of fuel!

Today Flo, Jordan, Dan, and Manuel started Parging in the girls bathroom.  John was on the ground mixing mortar for them.  While they were doing that, Calvin and Josh were forming the slab over the tip of the boys bathroom stalls.  This will act as a storage area.

We poured the concrete over the stalls just after lunch.  Once that was poured and cleaned up, all of us focused on the parging in the girls bathroom for the remainder of the day.

We had a fancy lunch today as the picture shows,  these fish are called snappers.  They were yummy!
