Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Day to all you love birds out there.  Last night we had our first incident.  After a lovely supper and on our way to our evening group devotion Grace tripped over a step she did not see in the dark and ended up falling on her nose and lip.  Even though her nose and lip look pretty beat up we are thankful to the Lord that she didn't lose any teeth or worse.  In time this will heal and she didn't need any hospital care.

Our devotions and sharing time is always uplifting and encouraging as are the worship songs.

Sleeping here can be a challenge.  Between the loud music from the neighbourhood, the dogs that seem to have to make a conference call late at night and the evening roosters that go until 2 am and the morning roosters that start at 3 am, but sooner or later our sleep need overtakes usf and thankfully we awaken fresh to do our task.  Today was our hottest day so far yet we progressed well in our work.

Tonight we heard from Rob & Betty Wood, who are with World Renew using the Timothy Training who gave us a look into their work as they support pastors and church leaders in their communities.

Tomorrow is our going out day so Lord willing we talk again.
