Sunday and Monday

On sunday we went to church twice, in the morning at the downtown location, and again in the evening at the church located beside the school.  Pastor Betson preached both times and there was lots of singing and clapping. In between the services we had a couple of hours to relax, soak in the sun and go for some walks around town.  We finished off the day with a nice dinner with all of us on the front porch.

Today we started work around 8:00.  We finished laying the concrete block on the partition walls in the bathrooms in the morning.  And in the afternoon we started plastering, or parging the large walls opposite the stalls.

There was a grand opening ceremony for the play structure which was put in at the school. They cut the ribbon and we got to watch all the kids from the school play on it for the first time.

Tonight we took a long drive around town searching for food, and eventually found the mexican food truck.  We picked up some food and went for a picnic in the park by the water.  We were joined by Manwell (our boss) and two of his workers.  As well as Pastor Betsons mother, who recently had her birthday.

Now time to rest our heads.
