Well, we made it! We have been here for two days and are already hard at it.
Our first day was great! When we arrived at the school we were glad to see the work that the Calgary team had done in front of us. They also left us an nice Surprise! (A huge painting of the Calgary Flames logo.) Thanks Calgary!
We have worked hard already at painting perlins forthe roof, digging for foundations and also mixing concrete in the new concrete mixer. We poured one classroom today and will be pouring another thurs am.
The kids here are great, and the neighbourhood is nice to be in. The weather is a little warm, but we are getting used to it. It is always a blessing when the icecream bike come by at 3pm.
