Our First Day in Belize

After what seemed to be a pretty "quick" sleep in Houston Texas last night we boarded our flight to Beliize this morning, arriving about  12:30 EDT (10:30 local time).  We all left sub zero temperatures at home and found it to be 29 C, feeling like 36 C here!

Pastor Betson picked us up in "the bus" and we went to the church/school location to see where we will be working.  We enjoyed a mid afternoon pizza meal and then came to our accommodation at the mance located right on the water.  We spent a great night together getting to know each other, worshipping on the big front porch and preparing for our retreat tommorrow.  Blessed!!
