It's been a long day. We started our day at 4am in St. John's, Newfoundland and arrived in Nicaragua at 11:30pm Newfoundland time. We spent time in Toronto (most going through customs), and Atlantia throughout the day as well.
However, despite the long travel, today was a great bonding day as a team. We shared many laughs (someone may have taken his shirt off on the plane by accident), along with what God has been preparing for us during this trip.
We shared a meal together for the first time as a team and the constant theme around the table was about letting God do what He desires to do in our lives during this trip, and we all look forward to meeting the kids at the school tomorrow.
We have settled in for the night (I already hear someone snoring), and we look forward to beginning work tomorrow.
God Bless,
Team Newfoundland
