Welland HANDS Team:

Yup it was a hot one today... 86 degrees at one point and humid---the sun rise photos we are capturing are just beautiful..so happy to have Corozal Bay across the road from us.

Fresh Tortilla's with egg, ham and fried beans, and perfectly ripe pineapples, was good to get going on.

Tiling is getting done. We are feeling better as we now see results from our labors. Lunch was Belizean style empanadas. Thanks  ladies.

At recess we played football (soccer) with the boys..Ted and Bryan really got into it.

Coreen and Lori played with a beachball, and the girls just loved it..Less wind today so we could do so. The frisbee we brought is a hit..Every recess it is used and such competition with the students.

Some of us have had great conversations with the Principal, and individual teachers. We are learning much about Concepcion Presbyterian School and the culture of Belize.

Believe it--we DID empty one barrel of soaked tiles.....HURRAH....and we planned ahead to have reserve water in case there was none.

Praising God in all we have done and will do yet.
