Trinity HANDS Team:

After a long two flights, Ron was finally able to stretch out his legs on our hour drive from the airport to the camp where we are staying. It has already been quite the experience and we haven’t even been here for 3 hours. The most apparent change is the amount of gas stations. It seemed every hundred feet there was another station, and some even had 36 pumps! The
drive opened our eyes to the different sections within Santo Domingo, even in the dark. The loud music drifts out of houses as we drive by and the motorcycles cut us off as they hurry to where they are headed. We look forward to tomorrow when we can see everything in the sunlight.
