Since my birth, God has been everpresent beside me, protecting and guiding me. I see Him as I look back on my life, His footprints alone in the sand at times. It is now time for me to give back. I retired from the Winnipeg Police with 25 years of service. I am now and have been for the last 14 years , the Chief of Police in Victoria Beach , MB. My wife Yvonne and I have 2 sons, 1 daughter and 3 grandsons in who we are immensely proud. I am an elder of our church , Wayside Gospel Chepel and I have played the Great Highlang bagpipe for over 50 years. When I retired from WPS in 2003-Mar-23 I had to relinquish my position as Pipe Major but still play with the band and support them. I would starve to near death were it not for the culinary skills of my wife. I can catch a fish or shoot a deer but would have to eat either of them pretty much raw ( sushi / steak tartar) I enjoy the company of God loving people, singing Christian songs ( I sing with our church band but I think they turn my mic off / down ) and a good laugh that brings tears. I am a SNAG, a sensitive new-age guy ..... crying is ok at times.
