My name is Rock, actually Rockne, Taylor. My namesake was Knute Rockne. Long story. I am 69 years young, fit as an old fiddle and still singing out and playing bass guitar in the worship team at Queensway Pentecostal Church in Espanola, northern Ontario. I am a retired elementary teacher having taught 30 years, 28 of them at the grade 7/8 level. I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 46 years, I have two beautiful, successful daughters and four fabulous grand children. I continue to have a passion for teaching kids and a strong belief in the importance of education. So helping to build a school for desperately needy children is a natural fit. I believe God is calling me to this mission and I am responding.
