Hi it's Isaiah! If you are reading this it is because I consider you a friend, and I would like to ask you to help me make a difference in the world. I want to tell you that next spring (April/May) I will be going on a missions trip to the Dominican Republic. We had originally planned to go to Nicaragua, however due to unrest in the country our leaders felt we would be safer in the DR. I will be going on this trip with 6 other students from TDCH and a few more students from another Christian high school in London, ON. During this trip we will have the opportunity to work with kids in orphanages, schools and we may possibly have a building project on top of continuing our schooling. I don't think it is right to ask other people for donations if I am not willing to support myself. So with my earnings from this past summer I already saved 20% of my total fundraising goal ($4800) for myself and have received some other monies already as well. I now have to raise the rest and I am asking for your help. Anything that you can give, even if it is you praying for me, would mean A LOT!
