Day 8 - Last Day 2 comments

Our Team:

Its hard to believe how fast this week has flown by! Today was our last day at the jobsite and we worked our hardest to get as much done as possible - much of the building was painted by the end. We had a half day at work (till 12:30) because we planned on seeing other schools and going out for dinner to celebrate our last night together as a group! (thank you Victor :))

Day 7 - More Priming 4 comments

Today was another magnificent day that started off right with a healthy breakfast of fried plantains, eggs, fruit and bread. After our breakfast we headed off to the worksite and started to prime, and prime, and prime. The morning was pretty uneventful with no kids at the school and surprisingly no injuries on the job.

But a lot of the kids from the neighbourhood kept us company and we were well-fed with many candies and little gifts.
