Telling people about ourselves is so counter-intuitive in our culture, so here we go. I am a mother of 2 teenage daughters. We live in a small town and I teach kindergarten in this same town and I worship in the same small town. That is a lot of small. I am excited to go on this trip to experience and explore God’s big beautiful creation. I feel honoured to be part of this opportunity and am relying on and trusting God to show me how He is working and loving others around the world. I hope this opportunity will be a blessing to my school and my students in that I can bring back my experiences and enrich them with stories and experiences that demonstrate the greatness of our Lord. May God give me ears to listen and be slow to speak (James 1:19-20) while in Zambia. May God give me a spirit of power, of love and self-discipline and not to be ashamed to testify about our Lord (2Timothy 1:7). For if God is for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31). Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our Salvation (Psalm 95:1). May we be blessed and be a blessing. Amen!
