I have been married to Jane for 40 years and we have two adult children and two grandchildren. I am the principal at Abbotsford Christian Elementary School and have been at the school for 24 years and in my 14th year as principal. Being part of School2School teams has been a highlight of the past 8 years and I cherish the relationships that have come from it, both with those in Nicaragua and the people who have been on the teams. I have also gone to Guatemala to partner with school leaders and learn how education is transforming lives there, in some cases among the most vulnerable. I have just returned from Belize with a team of 18 students and two co-leaders. Once again, I was in awe of relationships that are built in a short time. I also praise God for the visible signs of his work by dedicated staff to make a positive impact on their communities through education. I am very eager to see how God is working in Zambia.
