A Student at Emusa Day High School

Isaac is an orphan who lives with his 64 year old grandmother Florence.  She is a peasant farmer in the Emusa region.  About a year ago he was told he would no longer be able to attend school because his grandmother could not pay the school fees.  He began to make plans to move to extended family to work on their family farm.  A short while later Emusa Day high school was able to contact him and assure him that they had been able to receive sufficient financial support through CCAP and EduDeo’s sponsorship program to allow him to return to school.  Isaac encourages his friends to “work hard and still have hope that things would be better for you, never be discouraged.”  To EduDeo supporters: “I wish this program should continue even to others – it’s so helpful.”
