EduDeo Ministries is a Canadian, Christian mission organization serving children in
developing countries with quality education rooted in a Biblical worldview.


To assist the Canadian Partnership Coordinator in developing program materials and resources to engage Canadian schools in the mission and vision of EduDeo Ministries.

Duties & Responsibilities:  

The Assistant Program Developer will work with the Canadian Partnership Coordinator to:

      a) Research and develop a new educational program to engage Canadian schools in the ministry work of EduDeo Ministries.
      b) Review existing school engagement programs and develop additional worksheets / material that further support them.
      c) Assist in the promotion and running of programs throughout the summer.
      d) Review and update school database.

Minimum Job Requirements: Students must:

    - Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
    - Have been registered as full-time students in the previous academic year and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year;
    - Be a Canadian citizen;
    - Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

EduDeo is looking for a university student who is studying in the field of Education and/or Communications, as the job will involve writing and designing of curriculum and other student engagement materials.  Please submit examples of any relevant work you have done with your resume.  Student will:

    - Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    - Knowledge of Adobe Indesign & Photoshop an asset;
    - Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality;
    - Display ability to create, compose and edit publication materials;
    - Demonstrate ability to research, organize information and communicate effectively;
    - Be creative in designing program activities and materials.

Reporting Structure:

The Assistant Program Developer Intern will report to the Canadian Partnership Coordinator.
