'Snuggle Up and Read' Pajama Day

Blog Archives:

On Friday, November 29, the students at Trinity Christian School (Burlington, ON) rolled out of bed and stepped onto the bus for their annual ‘Snuggle Up and Read’ fundraiser in support of EduDeo Ministries work in the Dominican RepublicIn exchange for a small donation, each child was invited to wear his or her pajamas and bring along a stuffed animal and some good reading material to curl up with and read.  In the afternoon, students relaxed for an hour reading in their classrooms for children in the Dominican Republic.  Students enjoyed reading with their reading buddies, to themselves and with other friends in their classes.

“We are blessed to go to a Christian school.  We wanted to raise money so that children around the world are able to attend Christian schools as well.  It is great that we can help out in this way!”

EduDeo Ministries thanks these pajama clad readers for their support!
